TGL Education provides an education consultancy service to its clients via its website www.tgleducation.com and through telephone, video, and face-to-face meetings.

Please read the below terms and conditions carefully. By paying for any service provided by TGL Education you are automatically agreeing to the below terms and conditions. We offer a personal, bespoke service and therefore fees agreed are based on a client’s individual needs and will be invoiced directly to you (the client).

All fees are quoted and to be paid in £ sterling by you (no third parties) into TGL Education's UK bank account. Please note that transferring monies from banks outside of the UK might incur exchange rate costs to be borne by the client.

TGL Education fees are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

TGL Education offers a consultancy and concierge service and as such we require fees to be paid in full ahead of the commencement of any agreed service.

We (TGL Education ) ask clients to sign a written agreement ( via Docusign or scanned to info@tgleducation.com) with us (TGL Education ) to engage our services.

If we (TGL Education) feel we may be unable to best help you or your child, we will inform you (the client) at the easiest opportunity and before any engagement of our services.

In very rare cases we may be unable to secure a school place for your child due to factors outside of our control. In such rare cases we do not offer a refund for our time spent but will endeavour to work with clients to reach a satisfactory conclusion.

Clients who engage our services must be the legal parent or guardian of the student we are endeavouring to place in a school.

Clients (parents/guardians) must be over 18 years of age.

TGL Education will expect all information shared with us to aid our search for the ideal school for a student to be truthful. TGL Education will require parent/guardian to share school reports, exam results, test scores and any relevant educational or psychological and medical reports required to best place the student in the right school. Such reports might be shared with potential schools.

In order for TGL Education to ensure the best-fit school for a client’s child, it is necessary to interview, either in-person or via video call, the child. Parents/guardians are welcome to be on the call or in the interview.

Clients must inform us if anything changes regarding the student we are trying to place, eg medical, academic, social or emotional needs.

While our aim is to ensure the best-fit for all our students and families, TGL Education will not be liable for a student not completing their education at a school placed by us (TGL Education ) or for the student’s social, emotional or academic wellbeing while at chosen school.

TGL Education Ltd offers a 48-hour ‘cooling-off’ period whereby a client can cancel their service agreement with us during this period and all monies will be refunded (less exchange rate costs, and an administration fee of £50).

In paying for any of our (TGL Education) services, you (the client) are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.

TGL Education is a UK-based business. By accepting the above terms and conditions you (the client) are agreeing to have any disputes between us (TGL Education ) and you (the client) be governed by English Law and by English Courts, even if you (the client) are based or reside outside of the UK.
